WHO sees a strong commitment from Pfizer to cheaper Covid-19 vaccines

A senior World Health Organization official said Tuesday that the agency was in talks with Pfizer to launch its Covid-19 vaccine as part of an early global rollout. Bruce Aylward, senior advisor to WHO, said he saw a “strong commitment” from his CEO Albert Bourla to keep prices at levels appropriate for poorer populations.
