Warzone now lets people “Rickroll” each other

Thanks to the recent integration of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty: War Zone, a whole mess of 80s themes has found its way into the free video game. These include, but are not limited to, a number of songs from the 1980s called “War Tracks” that can be blown out of vehicles in the popular video game. With the inclusion of Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up”, players can now “rickroll” each other.

Alternatively known as “rickrolling” or “rickrolling” etc., the basic premise of the meme is essentially tricking people into clicking a link that unexpectedly leads to Rick Astley’s song. War zone Adding the song isn’t exactly the same type of meme, but the song itself is and will forever be attached to it. And the “rickrolling” in Verdansk is sure to drive some people crazy.

If you’re wondering how to get the song for yourself, it is part of the Battle Pass progression system for the game, and it unlocks at level 94 alongside “Shout” by Tears For Fears and “I Ran” by A Flock of Seagulls . The premium version is not required to unlock the group of songs, so anyone who plays enough can get them for themselves.
