The U.S. has filed a lawsuit against Trump, claiming he did not accept defeat in the US presidential election. Eventually even in the Supreme Court, Trump was defeated. The courts also ruled that there was no evidence that his election was rigged. This forced Trump to accept defeat. On one occasion in the past, Trump has said he would leave the White House if Biden was elected president of the Electoral College. Now the same thing has happened. Electoral colleges also elected Biden as president and Kamalaharis as vice president. According to constitutional rules, the Electoral Colleges met on Monday and elected Biden as president, officially confirming his presidency. Biden won 302 of the 538 Electoral College seats. This made it impossible for Trump to leave the White House.
