IPL 2021: Chennai Super Kings captain MS Dhoni showed signs of getting back into shape with an 8-ball 17 against Kolkata Knight Riders at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Wednesday.

Sunil Gavaskar, the great batsman, said it was good to see MS Dhoni beating up on their rankings for Chennai Super Kings in fourth place win Kolkata Knight Riders in Mumbai on Wednesday. Gavaskar insisted that Dhoni can only get better with this form if he continues playing time with the stick in the middle for the current Indian Premier League season.
Sunil Gavaskar, who had repeatedly stressed the importance of MS Dhoni coming out and increasing the order, added that the Chennai Super Kings batsman always lights the mood of the fans with his punches for the men in yellow. Dhoni in particular withdrew from international cricket in 2020 and has only played in the IPL since then.
