Sydney: Team India player in a three-day practice match against Australia Shubman Gill The policy has become controversial on social media. Netizens were shocked to learn that the actual umpire did not understand what Gill was out of. In fact, in the second innings of the Aussie Eto’o match, Shubman Gill, who was in good touch with 65 runs, was dismissed by Aussie bowler Mitchell Swepson. However, Swapson’s ball drank the gill pads and went into the slip. Sean Abbott, who was on the slip, caught it. Swapson had already appealed to the umpire, who declared him umpire. The scoreboard showed Gill being caught out. (Read: ‘If not a cricketer, you would be a farmer’)
It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. Shocked by this, Gill stood there for a while, doubting whether it was the real one or not. Gill was left frustrated by the lack of a DRS opportunity due to a practice match. In fact, in the replay, Swapson’s ball appeared to hit the gill pads and go over the off stunt, leaving him out as LB. The ball then touched only the gill pads without touching the bat and fell into the hands of the abbot on the slip. Seeing that, it is clear that Gill is not out. The video was shared on Twitter. This is not just an actual gill cheating. It’s a wrong decision by the umpire. Gill not out. Wrong umpiring. Former Team India opener Akash Chopra responded to the same. “The umpire should tell me how Shubhman got out. Certainly not LB .. Catching out means there is no chance ..” he chuckled.
