Actor Rajkummar Rao is gaining muscle for playing a cop in Badhaai Do and he headed out on Instagram to check out his new look. He posted a shirtless picture of himself in the middle of a training session and announced that he was going through a major physical change for the role.

Casting director and filmmaker Mukesh Chhabra commented, “Kya baat hai mere tiger (Wow, my tiger).” Fans couldn’t stop raving about Rajkummar’s new look either. “Wooowww my handsome hero,” wrote one. “Katai Tabahi (Killer) Body Sir,” commented another. “You’re a game changer, brother,” wrote a third.
Badhaai Do, in which Bhumi Pednekar also stars as a PT teacher, is a stand-alone sequel to the 2018 hit Badhaai Ho. The original film is about a middle-aged woman with adult children who becomes pregnant and how her family and society affect them Messages respond. It featured Ayushmann Khurrana, Neena Gupta, Gajraj Rao and Sanya Malhotra.

Director Harshavardhan Kulkarni had previously told Mumbai Mirror that Badhaai Do “will tackle a major social problem”. “All I can say is that Badhaai Do is just as much a family entertainer as Badhaai Ho. Only the world we create becomes more diverse. It moves from a small town to a bigger one and then on to something else. There’s a lot of color and drama, ”he had said.
Rajkummar was last seen in Hansal Mehtas Chhalaang alongside Nushrratt Bharuccha and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub. The film was released on Amazon Prime Video last month.
Rajkummar’s upcoming projects include the Netflix film The White Tiger with Priyanka Chopra, Roohi Afzana with Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Sharma, and Dinesh Vijan’s comedy with Kriti Sanon.
