Redmi 9 Power is finally launched in India today. The device can be purchased through the Amazon India website. Xiaomi’s latest budget phone is expected to feature a 6,000 mAh battery, large display, 48 megapixel rear camera, and more.

Redmi 9 electricity price in India (expected)

The Redmi 9 Power Award in India will be announced today at the event. It is reported that this will be a renamed version of Redmi Note 9 4G that is already available in China. The smartphone costs 999 CNY (approx. 11,300 Rs), which applies to the 4 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant. The Indian price for Redmi 9 Power is also expected to be under Rs 12,000. However, it is rumored that the Indian version has a 64GB variant.

It is expected to start with a 6.67-inch display that works at Full HD + resolution. It will likely come with a water drop style notch. It is rumored that the Redmi 9 Power draws power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor. Xiaomi could finally offer a phone with a massive 6,000 mAh battery with support for fast charging. Xiaomi is expected to include an 18W fast charger in the box. The new Redmi phone is expected to ship immediately with MIUI 12.

There may be a quad rear camera on the back. The device is expected to come with a primary 48-megapixel rear camera. The other cameras could be an 8MP ultra wide angle lens and 2MP macro and depth sensors. In terms of connectivity, the smartphone will likely have a headphone jack, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS support. The rest of the details are not yet known.
