Diljit Dosanjh takes a neck at those who pounded “Pizza Langar”; Check out post: The Tribune India

Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh beat up those who criticized the “pizza langar” last week at the farmers’ protest near the Delhi borders. The 36-year-old has supported the farmers who are protesting against the new farm bills.

The Punjabi singer tweeted a picture on Monday It said, “Farmers who consumed poison were never a problem, but farmers who eat pizza are new.”

The singer wrote: “Shaa Baa Shey. Badaa Didh Dukheya Tuadha Hain?”

Last week in Singhu, on the Delhi-Haryana border, hundreds of pizzas were distributed among protesters camping against the government’s controversial agricultural laws.

“The farmers who made the dough for pizzas can also afford to have one themselves,” said Shanbir Singh Sandhu, who organized the festival with his four friends, quoted by the PTI news agency.

While there were many who praised the initiative, called “Pizza Langar”; Some on social media claimed the protests had been hijacked.
