If you talk about MIG flats, in the previous scheme, MIG flats ranged from 66 lakh to 99 lakh rupees. This time, flats have been lowered in Dwarka Sector-19 and Dwarka Sector-16 for this segment. There are only 276 flats for EWS category
Talking about EWS category, this category has received a setback. The price of EWS flats in 2019 scheme was 10 to 19 lakhs. This time Mangalapuri has 276 flats of EWS category. Their price is around 27.5 to 29.5 lakhs. Prices have increased by more than 1 million. This time the scheme does not have flats for the LIG segment. Also all the locations are around the metro station and are already developed. The same flats have been included in the scheme which are ready to move.
