AP Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy has left for Delhi. He left Gannavaram Airport for Delhi on a special flight at 2.30 pm on Tuesday. He will reach Delhi at 5 pm. Later, he will meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah at 9 pm.
Authorities said the CM would bring to Amit Shah’s notice other issues pertaining to the state, including issues related to the Polavaram project as well as unresolved issues in the state redistribution law.
Along with Polavaram, funds will be sought for seven backward districts. The three capitals are likely to be discussed with Amit Shah. Prime Minister Modi has asked for an appointment with CM Jagan. In the wake of BJP AP chief Somuveerraju’s comments that Amravati is the capital of AP .. this visit has gained prominence.
