The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has sent a summons to actor Arjun Rampal for a second questioning in the Bollywood Drugs Connection case. Arjun has to reach the NCB office at the Exchange Building in Mumbai by 11 am on 16 December. Earlier, the actor was questioned on 13 November. Arjun was questioned on this day for about 7 hours. It is believed that the actor’s name has come up again in the interrogation of drug peddlers caught in recent times.
On November 13, Arjun Rampal, who came out after questioning, had said that he would cooperate in every investigation of NCB. Earlier, NCB had raided Rampal’s house on 9 November. After this, on 11 and 12 November, his girlfriend Gabriela Demetriades was questioned. The investigating agency has also interrogated Rampal’s driver for several hours in custody.
According to NCB sources, some banned drugs were found from Rampal’s house. However, NCB did not provide any official statement regarding the first inquiry. Apart from this, some mobile phones and laptops were seized from his house. The NCB has also received an Electronic Evidence Report, showing Rampal to be questioned.
